Elias Meshesha leads technical development at Meshesha Solutions. He holds dual B.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering and Computer Science and is a Google Cloud certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer, having previously worked as a software engineer at Cognizant before joining Meshesha Solutions full-time. Elias is the architect of the firm's in-house scientific machine learning stack — including physics-informed neural networks and Kolmogorov-Arnold network frameworks — and leads development in prognostics and health monitoring, multidisciplinary design optimization, and secure agentic AI workflows. His engineering-first background lets him bridge physical systems and modern ML, building models that respect the physics of the problems they're solving.
